About The Position

The Dietitian Assistant is responsible for assisting patients by addressing their preferences, corrects menus, and assists the Clinical Dietitian in implementing and monitoring supplement intake.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, dietitians, diet office staff, nurses and all patient food service employees.
• A thorough knowledge of normal and therapeutic nutrition required.
• Maintains professional and personal integrity.
• Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills required.
