Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Digital Ad Platforms Analyst Intern: NYC - Summer 2026 Your New Role This internship will be located in the NYC area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule. The Converged Advertising Linear Systems (CALS) team at Warner Bros. Discovery is building the next generation of advertising platforms that unify linear and digital workflows through data and AI-driven innovation. The Advertising Platforms Analyst Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess platform performance, and provide insights to optimize advertising monetization strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring our platforms effectively support advertising integration into our digital content. Additionally, you’ll work with the team to monitor and report on performance metrics for our ad-related applications and assist in developing actionable recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a group setting.
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
  • A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended.
  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
  • Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and performance metrics.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies such as SCRUM, FDD, or Kanban.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to define business requirements and core performance metrics.
  • Help test and deploy new advertising products and ad functionality to make sure they meet the required specifications and are free of defects.
  • Analyze performance data from advertising platforms and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Support the team by creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
