The Director of Digital and Marketing Operations, Contrast Media Portfolio is responsible for building and leading the operational backbone that enables scalable, data‑driven, and high‑performing marketing across the portfolio. This leader owns the marketing operations ecosystem, including marketing technology platforms, data and analytics capabilities, and the integration of AI‑enabled solutions, to support end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with product marketing, marcom, sales, and finance to establish clear KPIs, track ROI, and connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes, especially as part of GE HealthCare’s operating system called Heartbeat. This leader also partners with the brand team (i.e. product marketing) to define and execute digital marketing strategies that improve customer engagement, enable marketing automation, and drive measurable performance across the Contrast Media portfolio. As a senior digital and marketing operations leader, this role establishes consistent ways of working, drives operational excellence, and ensures a cohesive, technology enabled customer experience—enabling teams to focus on growth and innovation.
