About The Position

BYU-Pathway Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable student employee to support the organization and management of digital marketing and video content within our internal content management systems. This role will focus on organizing, categorizing, tagging, and standardizing marketing and video files to improve accessibility, efficiency, and brand consistency across the organization. The selected student will help create clear systems that enable teams to easily locate and use approved content. No prior experience with specialized software is required. Training will be provided. This position is ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, business operations, information systems, or digital media management.

Requirements

  • Current student enrolled in a CES institution
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software systems
  • Clear written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Audit and organize digital marketing assets within our digital asset management system
  • Organize, tag, and standardize video folders and files within our video content management system
  • Apply consistent naming conventions to files and folders
  • Tag assets with appropriate keywords and categories to improve searchability
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, or misfiled content
  • Assist in developing documentation for organizational standards and folder structures
  • Upload and properly categorize new marketing and video assets
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Marketing Director
