Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows-based spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new things and take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Clients & Banking Centers: Provide direct support to clients and banking center associates regarding digital banking inquiries and debit card transactions.
  • Assist Digital Banking Requests: Assist with secure emails, process account change requests, and review digital banking transactions.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Address digital banking challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Monitor & Process Reports: Review and process daily reports related to digital banking activities.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow internal policies and banking regulations while maintaining data security and service quality.
  • Provide Telephone & Email Support: Manage digital banking call queues and respond to secure email inquiries.
