About The Position

As a Digital Campaign Delivery Expert in the Global Digital Hub, you ensure the successful execution of digital campaign content projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. Supporting Global Campaign Coordinators, you manage the end-to-end coordination of campaigns across channels, ensuring standards are met. You guide Campaigns Delivery Specialists on complex projects, improve processes, and incorporate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, you oversee team operations, monitor project statuses, forecast demand, identify risks, and support issue resolution. You also assist the global brand engagement manager with strategic planning to align digital campaign content delivery with future needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in digital marketing or content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, problem-solving, multitasking, and proficiency in project management tools and content management systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards, including global and local compliance and regulatory concepts (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Operational Activities: Coordinate content delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Initiative Management: Pilot new initiatives and expand organizational services within your expertise.
  • Project Monitoring: Lead calls to track project status, identify risks, and connect with global brand teams, engagement managers, and production teams.
  • Mentorship: Guide Campaigns delivery specialists, resolve operational issues, mentor junior team members, and assist with onboarding.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospective sessions to foster learning and improvement across therapeutic areas.
  • Strategic Support: Assist global brand managers with content creation strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Incorporate feedback, adapt content requests, and facilitate alignment while supporting brand engagement managers in client relations.
