About The Position

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma (GSEOK) is seeking a motivated and creative Part-Time Digital Communications Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for an individual interested in digital media, communications, marketing, or nonprofit work. The intern will assist with content creation, data organization, and website updates while gaining hands-on experience and training in a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or content creation
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for on-site events

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, etc.)
• Interest in nonprofit, youth development, or community engagement

Responsibilities

• Assist with data management and digital file organization (photo, video, and marketing assets)
• Capture on-site photography and videography at events, programs, and council activities
• Support basic website maintenance and content updates (AEM or similar CMS)
• Assist with content creation for social media, email, and web
• Help maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
• Provide general support to the Marketing & Communications team as needed
