Reporting to the DIGITAL COMMUNITIES MARKETING SPECIALIST the DIGITAL COMMUNITIES’ COORDINATOR will support our Digital Marketing teams in the following areas and meet the job requirements below.

Requirements

  • Experienced in excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships count!).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and current social trends.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and track many moving pieces at once.
  • Comfortable using social media monitoring tools, or CRM systems (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Sprout Social).
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for digital communities and social culture.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tagged content across all social platforms to support audience engagement.
  • Foster positive brand sentiment through timely, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions.
  • Identify and escalate community feedback, concerns, or trending topics to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Track and report on community insights and sentiment trends to help inform content strategy.
  • Support in real-time engagement during product launches, campaigns, or events.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand voice to ensure consistency across all social touchpoints.
