About The Position

As the Digital Content Intern, you will work closely with our Digital Consumer Experience Department including the Digital Operations and Product Teams to contribute to the creation and enhancement of content and data within the health care sector. Your primary responsibilities will include: Update Content and Data: Contribute to the development of informative content for various digital platforms, including website, events and online location listings. Assist the digital operations team with edits and enhancements to the atlantichealth.org website using our content management system, event registration platform and location directory. Provide monthly updates to transparency and reputation vendor. These edits also include location updates, and practice manager assignments. Edits will be resourced from medical group credentialing, digital web requests, and medical group patient experience team. Photoshop Editing: Utilize Photoshop for image optimization, cropping, and other graphic design tasks to support marketing campaigns Collaboration: Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve digital operation strategies and site enhancements Collaborate with team on Search Engine Optimization

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, English, Communications or a related field
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident.
  • Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
  • Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 – August 2026.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at a time and be able to prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with website content management (WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of healthcare industry trends (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in Photoshop and other graphic design tools for resizing images
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Search engine optimization experience
