About The Position

Intern will support the Digital Customer Success team's effort to provide relevant content to Proofpoint's customers. The intern will lead the identification of necessary enablement resources, assess the current availability of these resources, and create resources that don't exist currently. Intern must possess knowledge of and experience working with AI tools for creating new content and for repurposing existing content (e.g., parsing long-form documents and video into short pieces and turning documents into videos).

Requirements

  • Must be able to commit to working from June – August 2026
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

  • Experience using AI tools to analyze, repurpose, and create customer content
  • Comfortable using various AI tools creatively
