About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Digital Delivery Manager serves as a leader within the Global Coatings Platform, implementing policies and selecting appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery outcomes. This high‑visibility role provides technical and project leadership across a digital platform, with a focus on advancing modern color experiences for a diverse set of industrial customers. The role drives strategy and execution for applications, solutions, and digital capabilities that enable seamless, integrated customer experiences. It provides leadership across domain development and data movement design, guiding teams through the planning and delivery of complex IT initiatives spanning multiple disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the information technology (IT), project management or business field. In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Experience with managing Agile development teams
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering a digital product
  • Experience with domain-driven design or similar design methodologies
  • Experience with managing cross-functional dependencies with delivery, QA, and infrastructure teams
  • Experience communicating project status, risks, and issues across all organizational levels - including delivery teams, peer managers, and program leadership.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of accomplishing goals on time and on budget.
