About The Position

Walt Churchill’s Market is looking for a Digital & Graphic Design Associate for our Corporate Office in Maumee, OH. Help shape how customers experience WCM. As part of our employee owned team, the Digital & Graphic Design Associate provides graphic design and content development support services for the WCM Creative/Marketing Team, including but not limited to print publications, marketing collateral (signage, flyers, in-store displays, etc.), digital signage, video, email and social media marketing duties.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, required
Proficiency in video production and editing, plus advanced knowledge of social media preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to track/meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required: Associate Degree in Graphic Design and/or 2 years recent experience in marketing or graphic design
Good visual color and space perception
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Ability to travel to various worksites to complete assigned duties

Nice To Haves

Preferred: BA in Graphic Design and 1-2 years job experience

Responsibilities

Provides graphic design support to update and create brochures and fliers
Creates digital content graphics as needed
Responsible for digital programming of electronic signs at both stores, as well as programming and graphics conversions for in-store TV monitors
Offers design and technical support to WCM Creative/Marketing Team members as needed for App Card and email marketing campaigns
Produces and edits in-house videos
Provides support to the design/marketing needs of store departments
Coordinates production and distribution of the weekly store circular
