About The Position

Julie Vos is a fashion jewelry brand created by CEO and designer Julie Vos. Since 2006, the brand has been guided by the belief that with inspiration and discipline, we create the beautiful world we live in—a philosophy reflected in every piece of jewelry and at the core of our company values. The Digital Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for creating compelling, on-brand digital assets across website, email, advertising, and social platforms. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative direction and feedback into high-performing visual content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing or advertising design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of digital and web design best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent conceptual, typographic, design, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets for website, email, advertising, and social platforms, presenting creative options to the design team.
  • Translate campaign art direction into assets across channels, platforms, and mediums.
  • Bring digital content to life through creative motion and animation elements.
  • Resize, silo, and retouch image assets as needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, creative intent, and visual standards.
  • Execute design and color updates accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the design and production process.
  • Resolve artwork changes or production issues during review and approval stages.
  • Support post-photography production, including image selection, editing, and retouching.
  • Traffic and organize digital files across teams and platforms.
  • Consistently meet or exceed creative deadlines.
  • Deliver on-brand content that reflects the Julie Vos story and resonates with the core customer.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
