Provides technical support to System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk, and Field Support staff. 3. User provisioning. 4. Certificate tracking. 5. Finger printing. 6. Workstation and printer file creation for import. 7. Directory, distribution list maintenance. 8. Meeting equipment room set up. 9. Configuring devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices. 10. Building/configuring PC/Laptops. 11. Building configuring Servers.
