Responsibilities

  • Serves as a strategic enabler for the Digital Services organization, ensuring that its collective capabilities operate as an integrated, continuously improving delivery system.
  • Bridges strategy and execution by translating where the organization needs to go into practical changes in delivery flow, operational practices, and cross-team coordination.
  • At a tactical level, drives continuous improvement across delivery and operations by establishing shared cadences, monitoring execution signals, and working with capability leads to address bottlenecks, reliability issues, and delivery risks.
  • Rather than owning functional teams, enables those teams to perform more effectively togethersupporting consistent outcomes, improved reliability, and scalable delivery as demand grows.
  • Enterprise visibility into digital delivery performance and capability maturity, enabling informed decisions about where to invest, standardize, or simplify across teams.
  • Coordinates execution across engineering, data, product, security, and operations, reducing duplication of effort and improving reuse of platforms, tools, and patterns.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in delivery predictability, reliability, and efficiency, lowering rework, operational overhead, and incident-driven costs over time.
