Primary Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Associate supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives across Northwood Ravin’s portfolio of communities. This role is responsible for maintaining digital platforms, executing website updates, managing email campaigns, optimizing property listings, and supporting SEO initiatives. A key component of this role is ensuring the company’s brand voice is consistently reflected across digital channels, including community websites, listings, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple marketing requests while maintaining high standards for both accuracy and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience working within a CMS platform (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A polished, professional appearance with the ability to represent the brand with pride.
  • A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a focus on growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in multifamily real estate or property marketing.
  • Familiarity with ILS platforms and listing optimization.
  • Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Website & Digital Platform Management Execute website updates through the marketing request and ticketing system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date content across community websites. Upload and manage digital assets including photography, floor plans, and promotional content. Ensure digital content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and user experience guidelines.
  • Digital Copywriting & Content Updates Write and edit short-form digital copy for community websites, landing pages, and promotional content. Ensure all website updates maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across the portfolio. Collaborate with the Corporate Communications Manager to ensure messaging alignment. Assist in refining website copy to improve clarity, engagement, and search performance.
  • Email Marketing Build and schedule weekly e-blast campaigns for multiple communities using established templates. Coordinate with internal teams to gather content for campaigns and promotions. Maintain email templates, lists, and automated email drip campaign scheduling cadence. Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates and click-through rates.
  • ILS & Listing Management Maintain property listings across ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and other listing services. Write and update listing descriptions to ensure consistency with brand messaging. Ensure pricing, promotions, photos, and descriptions remain accurate and consistent across platforms. Coordinate updates with property teams and internal stakeholders.
  • SEO & Digital Content Support Assist with implementation of SEO initiatives led by the Director of Digital Marketing. Upload and format blog posts and website content. Support on-page SEO updates and content optimization efforts.
  • Digital Marketing Operations Assist with digital marketing requests submitted through the internal ticketing system. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure requests are prioritized and completed efficiently. Support digital campaigns and initiatives across multiple communities.
