Job Summary: In this role, The Digital Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital presence across web, social, and advertising channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In partnership with Marketing Communications Segment leaders, this role is responsible for creating and managing landing pages, Salesforce.com lead generation campaigns, targeted digital marketing initiatives, and paid media efforts to ensure consistent brand visibility and measurable business impact. By leveraging analytics, and best-in-class digital practices, the Specialist delivers integrated campaigns that attract new customers, nurture existing relationships, and support overall sales growth.

Requirements

  • Completion of bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, or business field of study.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing communications.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, product marketing, and sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate campaign launches.
  • Channel Management Oversee execution across digital channels including email, paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, and web.
  • Optimize channel performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Collaborate with CRM and web teams to ensure seamless user journeys.
  • Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools Provide regular reporting on KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with other members of the marketing communications team to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing Map customer journeys and identify key touchpoints for engagement and retention.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs including nurture, cross-sell, and win-back campaigns.
  • Leverage data to personalize communications and improve customer experience.
  • Technology & Tools Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
