About the position

As a Digital Marketing Content Producer at MEDITECH, your role is to develop creative marketing strategies and execute them through email, websites, blogs, social media, event materials, and other content types. You must be knowledgeable about drawing conclusions from analytics that help shape the customer experience, drive business, and support MEDITECH's brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining brand identity through company-wide best practices
  • Collaborating with the in-house creative team, and product management teams in developing new materials to support go-to-market strategies
  • Messaging development, including blog posts, podcasts, web campaigns, emails, web content, event materials, and executive presentations
  • Interviewing internal and external stakeholders on complex topics, collaborating to produce case studies and customer success stories to advance the company's competitive landscape
  • Providing post-campaign reports detailing KPIs and recommendations for improvement
  • Contributing to quarterly and annual digital marketing analytics reports and providing suggestions for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or blogging
  • Strong marketing writing and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new products, government regulations, and/or healthcare issues and create effective messaging
  • Some experience using marketing automation tools
  • Some experience using Google Analytics or other website analytics tools
  • Experience publishing articles using a Content Management System (i.e., Drupal, WordPress, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO/keyword strategies and experience in applying that knowledge
  • General knowledge of B2B marketing strategies
  • Aptitude for web tools and passion for researching and quickly learning new marketing technologies
  • Knowledge of presentation writing tools
  • Possession of an extremely proactive, positive, energetic approach in a fast-paced, agency-like environment.
