About The Position
Principal Responsibilities Assisting SEO and Website Manager with the creation and editing of web content Maintain team projects and any inbound requests via a project management tool Help research marketing material and competitive intelligence information Maintain marketing calendar Analyze campaign performance Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams Assist with training new team members Other duties as assigned Performance Skills Excellent communication skills: verbal, writing, and proper email etiquette Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and time management skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working across multiple brands and geographic markets Inquisitive and comfortable asking questions Agile and able to learn new skills and how to utilize new platforms when appropriate Able to partner across levels with internal leaders and external vendors Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions Maintain high-quality standards with minimal supervision Minimal Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content writing, or search engine optimization Comfortable with virtual meeting technology, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams required Experience with HubSpot or similar, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Search Console preferred Familiarity with WordPress is a plus PPC Advertising experience also a Plus Basic Understanding of Search Engine and Generative AI Optimization Principles Comfortable with the judicious use of AI to supplement but not replace work Viking Pest Control has been providing reliable pest control services for over 40 years. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content writing, or search engine optimization
- Comfortable with virtual meeting technology, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams required
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, writing, and proper email etiquette
