DO YOU ENJOY SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING? We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for developing and executing the social media programs that contribute to the sales and growth of the organization. Duties include development and management of paid search campaigns, improving the profile and position of the company in organic search as well as developing and managing social media promotion programs. Manages the bank's online presence and social media campaigns, oversees the bank's paid social/online advertising and Google analytics, creates and distributes educational and promotional publications ie. print ads, brochures, posters, letters and newsletters to include graphic design, layout and text requirements, creates and manages the bank's email campaigns, functions as Administrator for company's internal portal. Assists with search engine optimization initiatives. Writes content for and responds to posts on various sites such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, blogs and other social media/networking sites. Concentration in marketing, communications, e-Commerce, business or related major is highly preferred. High level of proficiency in internet marketing concepts & practices, including the ability to conceptualize user navigation/flow through new online services. Proficiency with PC and familiarity with MAC hardware, high proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office applications, proficiency in use of the online and mobile technologies, proficiency in direct marketing, proficiency in Powerpoint to create presentations and handouts, ability to understand market research. 3 to 5 years work experience digital media; planning, development, search engine optimizations, paid search, display media, social media and shopping or partnership feeds. Must possess knowledge of analytics and user experience, website management and direct mail required, be knowledgeable in research analysis, internet environment, survey methods, regulatory compliance and current business and marketing trends. Thorough understanding of internet environments and web site development. Exceptional knowledge of the English language is particularly important.
