**SUMMARY**
FreemanXP is seeking a **Digital Product Brand Marketing Director** to be responsible for both the outbound and internal brand marketing activity around Freeman?s digital products and services\. Help lead and craft the brand architecture, naming conventions, style, messaging and positioning of our digital products and services in the brand experience category\. Help to lead, conceive, and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand\.
The Digital Product Brand Marketing Director will also be expected to extensively understand our clients? buying criteria and will help transfer that knowledge to the sales and product channel\(s\)\. Understand and effectively communicate/translate technical capabilities into benefits\. Experience and background with audience engagement and data and data visualization technologies is preferred\. Strong design and art background is also highly recommended\. Additional duties include:
+ Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and services in the market, tying back to our messaging around data\-driven personalization\.
+ Work collaboratively with the Freeman marketing and digital services teams to leverage current marketing programs and processes to promote products and services\.
+ Work with our product and management teams from concept to production and communicate progress, obstacles and timelines to stakeholders as needed
+ Sales enablement ? communicate the value of proposition of the products to the enterprise sales team\(s\) and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
+ Design and create campaign assets including websites, presentations, timelines, calendars, documentation and other collateral as needed\.
+ Manage advertising campaigns on all channels including digital, social, performance \(SEO/SEM\), print, TV/radio and whatever else comes down the road
+ Product launch ? plan the launch of new products, features and releases as well as manage the cross\-functional implementation of the plan
+ Market intelligence ? be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to beat them
+ Demand generation ? develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products
+ Ensure all aspects of marketing including user experience, advertising, social, PR, training and POS are on\-message and on\-board
+ Perform other duties as assigned\.
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Minimum 3\+ years of experience in an agency, production company or corporation producing communications programs \(business\-to\-business, targeted customer, branding, marketing communications, events, etc\)\.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi\-task\.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly and achieve project timelines\.
+ ?Account Manager?\-mindset in the handling of the client and account issues\.
+ Diplomacy & tact in challenging situations and in dealing with a variety of personality types and working styles\.
+ Positive overall attitude and customer service oriented attitude\.
+ Proven computer skills in all MS Office programs\.
+ Ability to function under pressure with efficiency and grace\.
+ Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills\.
