About The Position

As a Digital Marketing Manager (Account-Based Marketing) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion among targeted accounts. Your role will focus on creating personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders within these accounts, ultimately enhancing our business growth. You will report directly to our Senior Digital Marketing Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our ability to effectively reach and engage high-value accounts, driving brand awareness and customer loyalty through tailored marketing initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and best practices across email, paid social, display advertising and more.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to create targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven choices
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing budgets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target key accounts and drive engagement.
  • Advise marketing stakeholders on cross-channel ABM strategies and campaign structures that integrate digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content, and other tactics
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, tactics and campaign objectives
  • Leverage intent data to track account engagement relevant to our products and priority campaigns to inform campaign strategy
  • Develop and create ABM campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation
  • Orchestrate the account-based strategies for digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with an emphasis on programmatic, SEM and paid social
  • Lead integration efforts across Salesforce, Marketo and various marketing channels to ensure accurate and comprehensive marketing attribution and sales alignment
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to identify high-performing creative, improve targeting, and optimize CTR and CPM
  • Own relationships with key agency partners and vendors to ensure consistency and compliance with external ABM activations
  • Analyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify relevant marketing influence on Salesforce leads and opportunities
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices to optimize content and campaigns while maximizing ROI
  • Present strategies and results to senior leadership
