About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Storytelling & Campaign Development is responsible for developing and executing holistic digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth and support business objectives across multiple channels. Sitting within the Brand Marketing team, this role acts as a digital lead across functions—ensuring performance and storytelling are equally prioritized. This role will lead seasonal storytelling development, manage the digital marketing calendar, and oversee execution across social media, CRM, and e-commerce. In close partnership with product, creative, and merchandising teams, you'll help translate product inspiration into integrated brand moments— elevating the Oliver Peoples narrative across all consumer touchpoints. This role also contributes to content creation strategy and vendor management, ensuring stories are executed with both refinement and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage both organic and paid social campaigns across platforms, partnering with internal paid marketing teams to optimize performance and ensure creative excellence
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and CRM teams to align on digital calendar, promotions, and customer segmentation strategies
  • Act as digital liaison across social, paid, ecom, and CRM—ensuring cross-functional alignment on campaign planning and execution
  • Lead the organic social media strategy and oversee content calendars
  • Partner with PR, creative, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency and digital campaign integration
  • Convert product and collection inspiration into compelling, consumer-facing narratives for use across digital platforms
  • Manage creative brief development for digital-first content needs, ensuring clarity, timing, and alignment across teams
  • Report on key campaign performance metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies
  • Stay informed on industry trends, social media platform updates, and digital best practices
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure synergy between brand storytelling and marketing initiatives
  • Guide community management strategy and ensure coordination with global counterparts
  • Manage the social footprint of the North America retail boutiques, ensuring brand consistency and timely content across channels
  • Support event-based digital activations (e.g., product launches, seasonal campaigns) in partnership with PR and brand teams
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and cross-functional campaign management
  • Strong conceptual skills with an eye for elevated brand storytelling
  • Comfortable leading timelines, calendars, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools
