About the position

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for PartsBase’s marketplace. As an individual contributor, you will craft and execute digital marketing strategies focused on full funnel performance. You will leverage your expertise in marketing automation, content, social media, paid media, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize integrated email marketing campaigns targeting our B2B audience.
  • Manage social media marketing and content initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts tailored to PartsBase’s audience.
  • Execute paid media campaigns that deliver measurable ROI and contribute to lead generation goals.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Marketo to nurture prospects and increase conversions.
  • Segment target audiences within our CRM and deploy personalized campaigns using A/B testing and data analytics tools like Optimizly and Hotjar.
  • Oversee social media automation tools including MeetAlfred to streamline outreach and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid media execution.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Proficient in CRM segmentation and A/B testing tools such as Optimzily, Hotjar, or equivalents.
  • Skilled in social media management and automation tools including MeetAlfred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience applying T-shaped marketing skills with broad knowledge across channels and deep expertise in core areas.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with adaptability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
