About the position

Boats Group seeks a data-driven and collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Performance Marketing team, focused exclusively on driving growth and revenue through paid media channels. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns, including SEM, paid social, and display, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Leadership to uncover insights, improve performance, and scale acquisition efforts across the Boats Group portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM, paid social, and display platforms.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to drive improvements in key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Identify trends, emerging platforms, and competitive shifts to adapt strategy and maintain performance leadership.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and creative teams to build and test ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Generate and analyze detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations during regular performance reviews with internal business leaders.
  • Work alongside product and analytics teams to measure marketing effectiveness, develop attribution models, and track user behavior.
  • Stay current on performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid channels (SEM, display, and paid social).
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns from strategy through execution to reporting and optimization.
  • Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and A/B testing across paid channels.
  • Comfortable working with data - able to extract insights from large datasets and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present findings and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
