About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager drives revenue growth through paid media channels with a strong focus on PPC and programmatic tactics. This role requires solid GA4 experience to interpret performance data and guide optimization strategies. The ideal candidate understands how PPC integrates into broader digital marketing efforts and can optimize across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This position also includes managing and training a Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure strong campaign execution. The manager will collaborate closely with leadership, agency partners, and cross‑functional teams to align priorities and deliver results.

Requirements

  • Must be available to travel 5 % or more based on business needs
  • Proven Programmatic experience and success managing Google and Microsoft Display Ads
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Programmatic marketing
  • Experience with Google AdWords
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a junior‑level employee
  • Experience managing a medium-large brand
  • Ability to work with and lead external vendor/partner relationships including negotiating contracts and terms
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions.
  • Experience managing Dv360 campaigns required
  • DV360 experience highly preferred
  • YouTube Ad experience desirable
  • Meta Ad experience desirable
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience: 3 years minimum in advertising agency or similar marketing role experience, preferably travel industry related

Responsibilities

  • Possess deep knowledge of digital performance media channels (SEM, Social, Video & Programmatic Display, and Meta) platforms, tactics and data strategy.
  • Manage daily operations of Programmatic Advertising
  • Create, launch, test, and manage programmatic campaigns across various networks
  • Drive campaign development, bid strategies, optimization, and channel management.
  • Research and identify new customer segments for targeted search campaigns.
  • Build customer audience lists (1st person to similar/lookalike audiences)
  • Own performance of paid media campaigns and internal reporting weekly
  • Ability to utilize data and customer insights, analytics to make decisions, recommendations, and hypotheses about customer behaviors
  • Understand campaign automation connecting API’s and Scripts for smoother marketing approaches
  • Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmark performance against competitors.
  • Proven ability to analyze GA4 reports, interpret user behavior, and translate insights into actionable marketing or product recommendations.
  • Experience building exploration reports, funnels, and audiences within GA4 for campaign targeting and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of GA4 data models, including events-based tracking, engagement metrics, and attribution reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers to implement tracking plans, validate tags, and troubleshoot data quality issues using GA4 and GTM.
