Virgin Hotels Collection is built on momentum. The Digital Marketing Manager ensures our digital strategy moves with equal intention and pace. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital activation by anticipating where the business is headed and aligning digital investment accordingly. Operating above property but deeply embedded in each hotel’s commercial rhythm, this role serves as a strategic digital partner to property leadership. While the core focus is direct rooms growth, the role supports the business holistically, including F&B, meetings and events, loyalty initiatives and new customer acquisition by applying the right marketing lever to the right commercial objective. Working closely with the Senior Director, Digital Marketing & CRM, the Digital Marketing Manager balances near-term demand with long-term channel strength, customer value and profitability. As the role evolves, scope may expand to include select Virgin Limited Edition properties in region. This is an individual contributor role for someone who sees around corners, prioritizes with discipline and executes with conviction.
