About The Position

Amazon Digital Marketing, across Zappos and Shopbop, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing programs. This role will report into the Head of Digital Media, developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy while partnering across Brand Marketing, Creative, and Ecomm to ensure alignment across both organizations. This role will partner with the Shopbop and Zappos planners to make decisions across performance marketing budgets, and ensure agency partners are executing against our business strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of broader brand and performance marketing trends, strong data analyzing capabilities, and able to foster strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels
  • Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Oversee affiliate marketing strategies across both Zappos and Shopbop organizations
  • Responsible for tracking commissions, flat fees, and communicating budget updates to the planners across Shopbop and Zappos
  • Partner with agency to manage against performance goals, and identify new strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with Influencer and PR teams to align on synergies across teams, and unlock new opportunities for the business
  • Build out content and copy strategy for use with affiliate partners in tandem with creative team
  • Responsible for weekly performance recap, outlining to leadership key drivers of the business and opportunities to go further
  • Support the Head of Digital Media in building out broader strategy docs for leadership on net -new initiatives
  • Partner with legal to onboard new partners, and execute order forms to fund partnership growth
