The digital marketing manager contributes to the development, growth, and maintenance of AON's corporate and practice-level digital marketing strategy. They are directly responsible for managing social media channels and maintaining and creating digital content across various platforms to support lead generation and audience engagement. Additional responsibilities include implementing and maintaining performance tracking tools—such as Google Analytics 4—and providing regular analytics reports to inform content strategy and extend audience reach. They will also manage paid advertising campaigns and oversee online reputation efforts. The digital marketing manager must have at least three years of experience managing omnichannel digital marketing initiatives and be proficient with core web tools, including HTML and WordPress. They must also demonstrate proficiency with performance tracking and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), along with a deep understanding and practical application of SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), and social media management. The digital marketing manager must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver fully functional digital marketing campaigns—while remaining flexible to support additional digital marketing needs as they arise.
