About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the optimization of digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital touchpoints. This role will be responsible for building and managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing the company’s digital presence, leveraging marketing automation, and analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions and strategy. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and technical digital marketing expertise to support Elevate Aviation Group’s growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and email to support brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, landing pages, and analytics tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with division leaders, internal teams and strategic selling partners, to create cohesive campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM (HubSpot), ensuring the integrity of customer data and supporting automation workflows.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in identifying customer segments and personas to personalize marketing tactics and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee content strategy for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, website updates, and paid advertising creative.
  • Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support brand initiatives through digital touchpoints and help ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist in budget management and allocation across channels based on performance data and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or aviation-related industries.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics (GA4), and digital marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reporting for campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously, from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and personalization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience in the business aviation industry, AmStat and JetNet a plus.
