-Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy for both the Sbarro and Pizza Cucinova brands. Reporting directly to the Chief Concept Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager is expected to optimize all digital and ecommerce assets inclusive of paid, earned and owned media across digital channels, driving consumer engagement, brand affinity and sales and profits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Assists in the development of the Digital Marketing strategy and oversees execution of the tactical plan for both Sbarro and Pizza Cucinova.
-Optimizes existing email programs and charts path for migration to fully integrated CRM program.
-Drives ecommerce through mobile app adoption, on-line ordering, and 3rd party delivery programs.
-Collaborates with IT and key vendors/partners to define and execute technology roadmap enabling harnessing of customer visit/spend data thru POS.
-Executes SEO and SEM programs to drive website visits, on-line ordering, and elevated search rankings and click-thru rates.
-Champions content/design and defines functionality of website and all customer facing digital technology.
-Cultivates Social Media presence/activity; generates/re-purposes engaging content to grow fan and paid follower base.
-Harnesses organic consumer reviews; drives review rankings in key search engine and 3rd party websites.
-Tracks and reports on performance of all digital KPIs across all channels; derives insights and makes recommendations for future tactical plan/enhancements.
-Oversees administration of digital marketing budget.
-Additional duties as assigned.

Proven collaborator and champion for change. High degree of personal integrity and willingness to do whatever is required in service to the broader team and company goals.

Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree, 5-7 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Special focus on Digital Marketing preferred. Restaurant, retail or hospitality industry experience preferred.
