Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns, social media marketing, marketing database and email marketing. Collaborate with Marketing Director and Brand Manager on Digital Marketing Budgets, E-Commerce, KPIs and ROI. Specific responsibilities include:
Analyze, Measure and Report on Performance Bi-weekly, monthly & quarterly on all platforms & assess against goals
E-Comm Customers
Direct Ad buys with Agency
Social
SEO
Manage Digital Media Buying Agency in Collaboration with Brand Manager
Manage strategy & set-up of all Paid Campaigns
Research & test programs
Collaborate with Brand Team on consistent messaging
Manage approved budget / agency relations
Plan, execute & measure experiments & conversion tests
Design, Build & maintain both on page & off page SEO
Identify Trends & Insights and make recommendations to optimize performance
Collaborate with teams to ensure excellent user experience on sites
Collaborate with Product, PR & Brand Teams on content & plans
Support Visual Merchandising Tactics
Work with Channel on Email Marketing Programs, Analytics and Results
Stay up to date on digital Marketing trends & potential new channels to keep us ahead including updates on Social & Programmatic buying
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Required Experience
BA or BS in Marketing, Business or related degree.
Minimum 5-10 years experience in digital marketing required.
Google Analytics or related experience.
Video content background a plus.
Experience running display, native ads and paid social media campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite including creating PowerPoint decks.
Excels when under pressure.
Negotiate fair resolutions.
