About The Position

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving to support marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance. Objectives of this Role: Assess current demand generation strategies and identify necessary investments to enhance campaign returns and efficiency. Analyze key marketing metrics and utilize tracking systems to conduct market research, provide forecasts, competitive analysis, and interpret campaign outcomes, customer feedback, and consumer trends, turning this data into practical strategies for the marketing team and the wider organization. Proactively analyze the sales funnel with data to find and act on opportunities for improving the lead-to-sale conversion rate, working closely with sales stakeholders to implement necessary changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a major in marketing, advertising, public relations, or communications
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience
  • In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid digital media, social media, SEM/SEO, and Google analytics – Minimum 3 to 5 years
  • Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Pardot/Account Engagement platforms - Minimum 3 to 5 years
  • Digital-forward, driven to innovate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, honed in fast-paced marketing and business environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS and website management
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work across teams with different types of individuals
  • Proven ability to plan and manage digital marketing budgets
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with an emphasis on time management and completing priorities on time with quality

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of digital marketing activities to stakeholders.
  • Oversee management of the corporate website (WordPress CMS)
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of marketing return on investment (ROI) using Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new marketing technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and optimize processes for efficient workflow in digital marketing operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, communications, sales, and IT, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
