Full-time • Entry Level
Scottsdale, AZ

About the position

As 52TEN continues to grow its portfolio of manufactured housing communities—currently 14 properties across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Florida, and Nebraska—we are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing needs at the property level. This is a digitally creative, hands-on role focused on bringing our brand to life across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing social media calendars, writing and editing content, designing marketing assets, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date digital touchpoints—from Google listings to community websites. You’ll also serve as the primary marketing contact for our onsite teams, fielding requests and delivering polished, professional materials on tight timelines. The ideal candidate combines strong design and copywriting skills with excellent organization and follow-through. If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and take pride in producing high-quality, brand-aligned work, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact—and grow into broader digital marketing responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish social media content for 52TEN’s portfolio of communities, maintaining a consistent posting cadence (minimum 6 posts per month per park) and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for all Property Managers; respond to all marketing-related requests within 1 business day and complete 95% of standard requests within 3 business days.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of 52TEN-branded marketing assets (graphics, templates, flyers, signage, etc.) and support internal teams by fulfilling ad hoc design, copywriting, and editing needs within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Digitally onboard new properties and offboard sold properties within 14 business days of acquisition or sale, ensuring all websites, directories, and digital systems reflect current status and branding.
  • Review and update each park’s website as needed (at least once per quarter) to ensure accuracy of content, images, pricing, and availability; address one-off website change requests within 3 business days.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Google Business and Yelp listings for all properties, reviewing and updating information at least monthly and responding to customer reviews within 2 business days.
  • Keep the 52TEN marketing database (HubSpot) clean and organized by performing monthly data hygiene reviews; ensure 100% of contacts have complete, non-duplicative records.
  • Search and vet vendors for 52TEN marketing needs such as property-level monument signage, photography, videography, etc. Serve as the project manager keeping large projects on-track.
  • Basic photography editing in LightRoom or PhotoShop, videography in PremierPro or PremierRush, filing & maintaining assets in Google Drive folders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property management, or multi-location service industries.
  • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and email marketing workflows.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and experience managing website content updates.
  • Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, LightRoom, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierRush, PremierPro), Canva, Google Business, Yelp.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages clearly and consistently across platforms.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can execute with minimal supervision.
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance, systems, and creative output.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
  • Bonus: A performance bonus will be offered and defined by the company and employee, tied to performance and KPI achievement.
  • 3 weeks (15 days) of PTO in your first year of employment
  • Company paid holidays
  • Group medical, dental, and vision, and life insurance
  • Technology reimbursements
  • Remote position with work flexibility
