We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to drive incremental revenue growth and customer retention across our key business segments. In this role, you will be the architect of the journey for our managed accounts, designing omnichannel programs that guide users between self-service efficiency and high-touch sales engagement. You won't just send newsletters; you will lead the charge in Agentic AI marketing, deploying intelligent, autonomous email workflows triggered by product usage, renewals, and winback signals. By leveraging predictive models and a sophisticated experimentation mindset, you will bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales, ensuring every customer receives the right message at the right time to drive expansion. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.
