About the position

Carriage Services is seeking a highly driven and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate the brand and drive lead generation through strategic digital initiatives. This role will be instrumental in developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, supporting marketing automation workflows, assisting with website administration, and partnering closely with our e-commerce and web strategy teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing automation initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including building and managing email journeys, automations, and segmenting audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and improve lead nurturing workflows and digital conversion paths.
  • Help ensure integration between marketing and CRM systems to maintain accurate contact tracking and campaign reporting.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team to monitor website performance and user experience, providing insights and feedback to drive continual improvement and online sales growth.
  • Assist with website administration including user access and permissions.
  • Contribute to the strategy and planning of digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Assist in campaign reviews and optimization discussions by analyzing performance and providing strategic input.
  • Provide digital marketing support for assigned marketing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet campaign and project needs.
  • Meet regularly with employees in business units to share updates on digital marketing activities, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Assist in managing timelines, assets, and task follow-through for various marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and responsive communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Report key performance indicators and insights using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Dynamics dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles with hands-on execution across key digital channels.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing website content and updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar.
  • Exposure to email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of social and paid digital campaign strategy—especially on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing accounts and internal teams, including tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience liaising with external vendors.
  • Preferred experience with managing digital marketing accounts.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strongly preferred bilingual (Spanish speaking)
