JOB OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of the digital team responsible for the ongoing management and growth of Sunrise Senior Living's online presence and lead generation in conjunction with overall business strategies and mission. The successful candidate will: Support the Senior Manager, Online Marketing with all online efforts including website content management, copy editing, lead generation, email marketing and data analysis. Have a passion for creating content for different platforms such as websites, landing pages, ad copy and blogs. Previous CMS implementation is strongly preferred. Be a detailed proofreader and copywriter and pays close attention to detail. Thrive on the constant evolution of digital marketing and bring new ideas to improve integrated digital strategy. For me, that's a big breath of fresh air." - Sunrise Leader RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities: Plan and manage the digital content for company websites, landing pages, ad copy and email marketing Careful proofreading with the ability to identify missing elements and adhere to company brand guidelines. Manage monthly email newsletter campaign with digital agency. Plan, approve and implement all email content. Contribute to creation of monthly reports and create ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders. Assist in implementing landing page testing and work with digital agency in optimizing paid search and SEO efforts. Work with Communications Team to develop cross-channel campaigns. Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field required or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years marketing digital marketing experience ideally in working with content management systems, copywriting/editing, email marketing and/or data analysis. Demonstrated examples of campaigns and copywriting. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and at a fast pace. Strong project management and organizational skills required. Ability to work independently and comfortable working with team members in various geographic locations.
