Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital transformation or related field required.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in marketing, marketing tech stack and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the execution of business-to-patient and business-to-business digital patient experience strategies and efforts for piedmont.org, in a manner that supports business growth, for all assigned Piedmont entities, which includes overall system, hospitals, service lines, programs, and physician groups.
  • Works with operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for the organization, within the overall digital patient experience.
  • Leads digital patient experience automation and campaign performance optimization for the website, including content governance, ADA compliance and adherence to overall roadmap.
  • Reports to the Web Manager.
