About the position

The Digital Marketing Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the digital marketing infrastructure across United Franchise Group’s family of brands. Takes responsibility for Google Tag Manager issues, Meta issues, Location Management and agency request support. This role ensures the seamless integration and performance of core marketing systems, manages cross-brand digital assets, and facilitates scalable marketing execution for both franchise development and local franchisee marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and detail-oriented systems manager with strong technical and project management skills. Own and manage UFG’s marketing technology stack, including Google Business Profiles, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, CRM integrations, and related tools. Maintain user access, governance, and security across digital platforms for all UFG brands. Develop and maintain SOPs for digital system workflows, ensuring compliance and consistency. Ensure best practices and learnings are shared across all divisions (Vast, Starpoint, Gold Path, Big Flavor Brand). Create and manage standardized templates, dashboards, and reporting systems for marketing performance across brands. Coordinate with external vendors/agencies on marketing automation, paid media, SEO, and web development initiatives. Oversee onboarding and ongoing access for digital vendors/agencies across all tools and brands. Ensure consistent brand presence across all Google Business Profiles and social platforms. Assist brand marketing teams with system configuration for campaigns, including tracking, tagging, and attribution modeling. Implement and manage UTM structures, custom event tracking, and conversion pixels to ensure accurate performance reporting. Monitor marketing analytics dashboards and produce performance insights to help improve campaign ROI. Assist in data hygiene and ensure integration across CRM, email marketing, and lead gen tools is optimized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing operations, MarTech management, or similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Business Profiles).
  • Experience managing Meta Business Suite, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience supporting a multi-brand or franchise organization is highly preferred.
  • Systems thinker with a bias toward optimization and scalability.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-first mindset.
  • Ability to train others and document processes clearly.
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
