The Digital Media Manager serves as the agency’s lead strategist and content creator for all social media platforms, working closely with the regional Public Information Officers (PIOs), and FDLE’s video production team to deliver cohesive, high‑impact digital content. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that advances the agency’s mission, strengthens public trust, and showcases FDLE’s services, initiatives, and daily work. The Digital Media Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic communication expertise, and a thorough understanding of the department’s programs and priorities. This role requires exceptional judgment, a professional demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively on behalf of a statewide law enforcement agency. The role requires participation in a rotating monthly on‑call schedule to support urgent communications needs.
