About The Position

Logistics (DGL) Operations role.

As an Amazon Digital Operations Manager you will be an integral part of the
Amazon Digital Global Logistics Operations team responsible for ensuring
delivery of a world class end to end customer experience.

Amazon seeks a passionate, results-oriented, data and analytic person to join
our Global Logistics Operations team . You will be responsible to optimize our
complex network within North America, fluent Spanish critical. Do you think you

Requirements

• 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
• Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

Responsibilities

• Optimize inbound and outbound inventory management for Mexico, including factory logistic coordination, logistic solutions and placement strategies.
• Lead complex analysis to drive key strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in supply chain operations.
• Liaise daily with cross functional teams to effectively manage key team objectives
