About The Position

As a digital presentation specialist, you will focus on transforming creative concepts, designs, methods, and strategies into detailed presentations. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and production, weaving a wide array of content (concept art, project timelines, architectural studies, CG renders, narrative scripts, etc.) into a cohesive and exciting presentation that captures the imagination of both internal stakeholders and external clients.

You'll serve as the main point person for the visual and structural integrity of key presentations, ensuring every deck is not only beautiful but also clear, on-brand, and effectively communicates our company's creative vision as we progress through projects. You'll be a key creative partner to our designers, writers, and producers, helping to bring our world-class projects to life, one slide at a time.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in presentation management, including, but not limited to, page layout, composition, and file management.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required for asset creation, layout, and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate creative direction into a polished final product.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles.
• A passion for themed entertainment and immersive experiences.
• Candidate must provide a portfolio with presentation design or visual storytelling examples.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact pitch decks, creative proposals, and internal presentations that communicate complex ideas and project details in a compelling visual manner.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, concept artists, and writers to gather and organize content, ensuring a cohesive and persuasive visual narrative.
• Develop and maintain brand standards and visual templates for all presentations, ensuring consistency and a professional appearance across all documents.
• Manage the full production workflow of presentations, from initial content collection and design to final delivery and revisions.
• Incorporate various media types, including storyboards, architectural renderings, video clips, and data charts, into presentations with a focus on seamless integration and visual flow.
