About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director within Consumer Small Business Banking Branch Channel Management organization. As a CRM Digital Product Management Director in the Consumer CRM organization, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of CRM capabilities that power customer growth and deepen engagement across our Branch Banking and Affluent segments. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how we serve our customers and empower our bankers through intelligent, data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for defining and delivering a forward-looking CRM product roadmap that aligns with enterprise priorities and enhances the banker and customer experience through automation, AI, and streamlined workflows. Your leadership will drive innovation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that CRM capabilities are scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory expectations. In this role, you will: Drive strategic development and execution of core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products across Branch Banking and Affluent segments, delivering long-term value through product innovation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Champion risk management strategies that elevate CRM operational excellence and efficiency. Lead high-performing product teams to design and implement integrated solutions that enhance effectiveness, minimize risk exposure, and streamline operations. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best-in-class practices. Shape enterprise-wide transformation by crafting and evolving policies and procedures that redefine organizational perspective, culture, quality standards, stakeholder relationships, and operational capabilities. Influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners to secure resources, align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure strategic cohesion with Wells Fargo’s business objectives and policy frameworks. Oversee strategic resource planning, including talent allocation, financial forecasting, and vendor management, to support scalable growth and sustainable delivery. Cultivate a forward-looking talent strategy, mentoring and empowering teams to meet evolving business needs and drive long-term success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of experience implementing long-term strategies impacting large financial companies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe, and other Marketing solutions).
