About the position

Camping World is seeking a results-driven and innovative Product Manager to lead and scale our internal inventory platforms. This role will own the strategic development and operational success of critical systems including tools to manage and provide insights into inventory ordering and transport coordination tools. These platforms serve as the backbone of our inventory and supply chain ecosystem, and this role will help ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, system scalability, and enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for internal inventory systems across portals, marketplaces, and logistics workflows.
  • Align platform development with business objectives by partnering with merchandising, procurement, operations, and technology teams.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to guide prioritization and performance evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, logistics, purchasing teams, and end-users.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Manage the product backlog, define user stories, and lead sprint planning with development teams.
  • Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing), product demos, and deployment plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.
  • Identify pain points in the inventory management and transport flows and propose scalable solutions.
  • Support change management by training internal users and documenting workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in retail, logistics, or supply chain systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex B2B or internal-facing platforms from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of inventory, supply chain, and digital transport ecosystems.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Analytical and data-informed mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across various departments.
