If you're passionate about making an impact, this is the team for you. Position Overview Are you a UX/UI Designer who thinks like a product owner? At AssuranceAmerica, we're looking for someone who wants end-to-end ownership of the products they design, from strategy all the way to launch. You need to be a strategic thinker, a user advocate, a strong UI designer, and a data-driven decision maker all rolled into one. You will own the vision and roadmap for our direct-to-consumer website and quote-and-bind funnel, translating business objectives into seamless digital experiences. You will champion the voice of the customer at every stage, gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and turning complex problems into intuitive solutions. From wireframes and journey maps to backlog management and KPI reporting, you'll be hands-on across the full product lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. What You’ll Do Product Vision & Strategy Develop the product strategy and roadmap for the direct-to-consumer marketing website and quote-and-bind funnel. Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and ensure timely delivery of features and updates. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements effectively. Design & User Experience Lead the creation, documentation, and maintenance of reusable UI components in a design system within Figma. Create design assets, including concept designs, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, scenarios, and mockups to support seamless, intuitive user interactions. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Voice of the Customer Gather and synthesize user feedback to ensure the product meets customer expectations. Balance business objectives with user needs. Analytics & Reporting Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement. Analyze website, funnel, and user behavior data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Produce actionable reports to inform product decisions and optimize user experience. Backlog Management Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that aligns with business goals. Ensure user stories and requirements are clearly articulated. Continuously refine and adjust the backlog to meet changing priorities and new insights.
