About The Position

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5 years of relevant sales experience in software solutions and services
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR business models is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with connectivity and networking required
  • High level of technical expertise within the ophthalmology and optometry field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in business software such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Valid driver's license required

  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR business models is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Sales responsibility for Digital Portfolio products, attaining or exceeding yearly assigned product revenue and profit quotas
  • Schedule and host personal and online product demonstrations for customers
  • Drive adoption of products through on-site visits
  • Serve as the technical expert and product champion for assigned products
  • Maintain and analyze territory records using contact management software
  • Sell products at trade shows and meetings
  • Educate thought leaders about product operation and application
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers for lead generation and training support
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding sales activities
  • Engage marketing teams on new product specifications and issues
  • Develop lead generation through digital marketing strategies
  • Manage lead conversion and handover to implementation teams
  • Work closely with implementation and support teams for product adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and training
  • Implement creative marketing approaches tailored to the region's demands
