About The Position

Join Business Banking Marketing to shape best-in-class digital shopping experiences that help small business owners discover, choose, and deepen with Chase. You’ll unify content, SEO, experimentation, and channel capabilities to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across online experiences, while scaling programs that deepen value-added services and strengthen our brand.    As a Digital Shopping Strategy Lead in Business Banking Marketing, you will provide digital shopping strategy for Chase for Business, focusing on ad efficiency and strategy, delivering experiences that accelerate acquisition, inspire loyalty, and enable deepening across products and value-added services. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Digital Channels, and Data & Analytics to deliver a first-class customer experience and measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead a test-and-learn agenda, integrate SEO/GEO and content strategies, and align secure and public ad experiences to drive DAO entries and conversion.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product, or eCommerce with a focus on acquisition and conversion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including content management systems, SEO, and A/B testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and experimentation platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Digital Channels, and Data & Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of designing and optimizing end-to-end public web experiences that drive measurable growth in acquisition and deepening.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g., SEO, analytics, experimentation) preferred.
  • Experience in financial services and/or marketing to small business owners.
  • Demonstrated success scaling enterprise SEO programs and content strategies to grow organic traffic and visibility.
  • Proven leadership of robust test-and-learn programs (A/B and multivariate), from hypothesis design through analysis and rollout.
  • Familiarity with tag management, site performance, accessibility, and governance practices for large enterprise web properties.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the Chase for Business pages to streamline navigation, increase engagement, and improve channel effectiveness for ad placements.
  • Inform site testing roadmap from hypothesis to rollout, documenting plans, methodologies, and results for reuse and knowledge share.
  • Leverage generative AI to accelerate content ideation and on‑page optimization, establishing prompt libraries and measurement to improve qualified traffic and conversion while maintaining brand, legal, controls, and accessibility standards.
  • Define and monitor web and mobile performance metrics; translate insights into ongoing reporting that highlights trends and actionable opportunities.
  • Reimagine and consolidate content for SEO and generative AI use cases, ensuring brand, controls, and accessibility standards are met.
  • Align public and secure shopping journeys to marketing objectives for Lending, Deposits, Card, and Value-Added Services; improve DAO entries and card conversion.
  • Partner with the Chase Digital Assistant team to fuel content and use cases that acquire, deepen, and retain small business relationships.
  • Expand and optimize assisted/banker channels using tools like Solutions Explorer and Business Branch Finder to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Branch Support, Ad Support, and Owned Media teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure cohesive cross-channel execution.
