About The Position

Johnson Controls is hiring! The Digital Strategy Analyst is a key part of the Digitalization and Service Enablement (DSE) team within the HVAC/R Chiller Engineering Organization. The DSE team is tasked in helping Johnson Controls do more with chiller data and provide expertise for valuable offerings to our customers and powerful tools to our internal teams. Service Growth is a strategic focus area of the enterprise, and the Strategy Analyst will support this focus area by leading strategic planning and management of initiatives with the goal of enhancing digital offerings for chillers and increasing the overall aftermarket revenue stream. The Digital Strategy Analyst will support this work by coordinating with chiller product engineering teams to translate their subject matter expertise into methods for monitoring and servicing chillers with reduced human intervention. This includes finding ways to use chiller data to see potential issues before they happen across the portfolio of YORK chillers. Additional activities may involve managing new chiller programs to ensure proper service enablement, extending the reach of established chiller diagnostic tools, and support enabling premium service for Data Center Customers. You will also need to work with teams outside of the chiller organization to incorporate new concepts into the OpenBlue Connected Chiller product offering enhancement roadmaps. All of these tasks require strategic problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to clearly present information to engineering teammates, engineering managers, product management, digital software teams, and regional service teams. This person acts as business “owner” for service initiatives and is accountable for the successful execution of initiatives without having direct authority over the cross-enterprise resources required to deliver the results. The Chiller Service Business is global, and as such, this position should be well versed in global markets and requirements. This position requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in New Freedom, PA. Candidates must be commuting distance to the facility, or able to relocate.
