GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least three days in office presence. This internship is based in Washington, DC. Ability to work 40 hours per week from June 8, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Salary is $21.50/hr.
Requirements
- Previous digital experience and demonstrated interest.
- A solid understanding of digital and social media best practices.
- Experience with various digital analytics and/or publishing tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and in-platform analytics (e.g. Meta, X, TikTok).
- A high degree of comfort working in Excel and Powerpoint.
- A recent college graduate or a rising college junior/senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field who wants to join GMMB for a paid summer internship program.
- Passionate and interested in health, social justice, reproductive health, environment, or other progressive policy issues, or political campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist the digital strategy team and contribute to drafting and copy editing social media posts.
- Update, edit and manage editorial calendars.
- Develop periodic campaign status and analytic reports.
- Compile and organize digital research and write backgrounder-type documents.
- Complete various other tasks to assist in client service.
