About The Position

Digital Support Specialist provides service to members of the credit union by opening accounts (phone and online request), monitoring and responding to e-communications (chat, email, secure messaging), and daily management of Mobile Deposits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required
  • Must be friendly, energetic, personable, and service-oriented
  • Able to initiate conversations and build relationships
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to recommend products and services that will be beneficial to our members
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Creative in providing member solutions
  • Able to adapt to change and to new technologies
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced position
  • Presents oneself in a professional manner
  • Capacity to work efficiently under minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs with ability to learn new software programs

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for “red flags” to mitigate fraud
  • Responds to members’ electronic messages
  • Owns the member experience by recommending credit union products and services to existing members
  • Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
  • Opens and maintains accounts
